Changes in version 1.1:

• New: /petm setowner name command to change the ownership of one of your pets!

• Improvement: various minor tweaks to the plugin.

• Fix: messages would appear twice on Minecraft 1.9 servers.
• Fix: petmaster.use permission not working correctly.
• Fix: /petm disable command not working correctly.
