Permissions

pwb.* : Gives permission to all commands of the plugin(NOTE: Player will still need pwb.ignore to ignore broadcasts).

pwb.on : Gives permission to turn the plugin on.
pwb.off : Gives permission to turn the plugin off.
pwb.reload : Gives permission to reload the plugin.
pwb.toggle : Gives permission to toggle worlds on/off.

pwb.ignore : Player ignores all broadcasts.

Commands

/pwb on : Turns on the plugin.
/pwb off : Turns off the plugin.
/pwb reload : Reloads the plugin.
/pwb toggle <world_name> : Toggles world on/off.
