PaintWar
Gameplay
Every player in the PaintWar arena has a random wool color, when you move you will "paint" a circle of colored wool on the ground. During the game you can get certain powerups by picking up special items, which help you or make it difficult for the others to fill an area with their color. Every game has a time limit which can be configured in the config. When the time is over, the blocks for every player are counted and the player who has painted the most blocks with his color wins the game. The winner can get a reward, which can also be configured in the arena's config! After a game is over, the floor will return to its original state.

Hmm seems that you're running a Java version that is too old, it should work with Java 6 if not try to update to Java 7 and I'll correct this in the next update!
Version 1.0.2 does not even startup on a clean installation. Or is it just me?
Log: http://pastebin.com/Tbi8xKjQ
Ah.. I am not using vault! Your awesome! Thank you so much for updating this! My server is going to love it! Reminds me of that old mario game! :)
@Meter746
Umm it's probably because you're not having Vault, but this is fixed in version 1.0.2 which I just uploaded! It isn't version dependant ;)
I literally just downloaded it and put it in. I found out the reason why shortly after I posted the comment below, It just needs to be updated to the newest bukkit 1.6.4 is all. Thanks, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try and get the plugin updated as soon as possible! I watched this plugin on youtube and it looked like a really fun plugin!

@Meter746
Please check your server.log for errors and post the full errors here! ;)
Btw: The new version is already under development, I'm cleaning up code and making things more efficient! I'm as well trying to fix the last bugs.
Whenever I try and do anything, it'll always say "/pw help" when i type that, it'll say "/pw help"
@benny57358
Huh? Vault should be an optional dependency... Can you post the full error please and which version are you using?
@DarkBladee12
Okay. I'm waiting :)
@benny57358
Download Vault: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/vault/
Are other plugins required for this? it keeps telling me "vault is missing" and giving me a bunch of gargled java code errors. help?
The update is coming soon, I'm current trying to fix the powerup magnet bug and making it compatible with multiworld plugins.
When is the update coming out? I really want to use this plugin..
I have a problem where it will work for about 20 plays then it will only let 2 people paint, it will let people join but only the first 2 can paint the others run around with nothing happening, (unless they get a power up which works)
This is under Spigot build #1116
@DarkBladee12
Thank you that is exactly what i wanted.
@jsprouts
In the new version "0" is accepted as value for the default brush size, this value will only let the player paint the block beneath his feet!
@Dalez
A new fix is coming soon for this and other bugs people reported ;)
/pw top doesn't seem to be working for me - it just says "Invalid usage, /pw stop <arena>"
Is it also possible to get a sign for the top command? Like:
[PaintWar]
Top
<Arenaname>
Then it comes up in chat? Would be awesome to have it command-less.
Thanks!
EDIT:
It seems when using the signs, when using <player_amount>, if the area has more then 9 players, it is missing an end }.
E.g. {0/4} then... {0/12 (it misses the last bracket.)
Can you add dev builds so that we can download that if we want?
@Th3Net
Was that a rhetorical question? :D I test all of my plugins before releasing them on bukkit^^
@DarkBladee12
Yes I didnt see any but my server.log is weird... it deletes itself. Did you try running it yourself? I'm using SPIGOT btw
