OreBukkit
OreBukkit is a plugin that creates an item that will collect ores you
mine and will smelt them right into the bucket.
How to use:
Create a bucket using the crafting recipe at the bottom of this page.
Right click with the ore bucket in your hand and it will open its contents.
When mining, the dropped ore or item will store into the bucket and smelt if need be.
Configurations (4 DA PROS):
The config is nothing really. For each ore bucket that is made it will create a new part in the config. This will just store how much is in that bucket that was created.
Commands and permissions:
There are no commands, and there are no permissions.
Ores the bucket will collect and smelt:
- Gold
- Iron
- Coal
- Diamond
- Redstone
- Emerald
- Quartz

I couldn't agree more, permissions support would be ideal. I dont' exactly want or need everyone running around with these things, and would like atleast two nodes..
One that would allow the creation of these buckets, and one that would allow the use of them. I may or may not want my players crafting these and having an unlimited amount of them in their inventories. Which brings me to my second request... Is there a config or a way that you could limit how many a player could carry on them?
Also this sounds a lot like the other one, completely command based one... Not that yours is and that's great... How compatible with McMMO is it? Will the smelting of the ores inside still trigger a smelt/furnace action that boosts McMMO's repair skill?

Posted Aug 21, 2013is it supposed to consume the lava bucket or just the lava inside it. seems a bit odd to give the bucket back with the ore bucket is made.

Basically the perm would be orebucket.use and it allows only the person or group with that perm to have access to it.

Posted Aug 17, 2013Looks like a cool plugin but I would suggest adding a permission node so only some people can open the Ore buckets. I would as add a permission node for crafting these buckets. The last think would be multi world support so you can only use them in some worlds.
