Added Item:

- Private Pocket Dimension Wand | Teleports you into your Private Dimension, which is hold plenty of Resources. X & Y Coords stay the same whilst teleporting

Added Cmd: 

- /items <player_heap | remove> | Displays the Items Loaded by each Player and removing them

 - Added TabCompleter for /opitems & /items

Added Configs:

- PrivatePocketDimensionEnabled

- AllowCraftPrivatePocketDimension

- PrivatePocketDimensionOreSpawnChancePerGeneratedStoneBlock | Higher Number -> Less Ores are spawning
