-minor bugfixes -added /omz config -reconfigured all commands

-not compatible with 1.7.2-R0.3 (rather, ProtocolLib isn't)
-when a brand new player leaves the server for the first time, an SQL error is thrown. This only happens once and has no lasting impact.
