Plugin Admin Online announces players if an administrator is logged.

Commands:

/admin: Announces if there are an Online Administrator now.
/admin: If you ever put the command, you announce that you are no longer administered.

[Remember] If the player is not "OP" does not have permission to this command and you will get an error message.
