NoWarp
Developer Update: I am a student and have exams at the moment. My plugins have not been abandoned and I will pick them up in July and make them more awesome than ever with the 3 months off that I will have. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
This plugin (in combination with Residence) allows you to set a flag that will disable all teleports/warps in and out of a location. This has a wide array of uses including protecting private or secret areas from people who can use the /tp command or "trapping" players in areas so they have to complete a task, without being able to warp out.
To use this plugin you will require residence. Once it is installed you can then use the following command in a res to disable warping:
/res set warp false
And to enable warping:
/res set warp true

Yes, As far as I am aware the TP only stops players using the /res tp command where they tp to a set point in a res. This stop people tp'ing to each-other, warping to warp points or spawn, etc.
Ease of use is like any other flag: /res set warp true
Still needs work with messages and stuff I think. This is just an alpha release.

Posted Apr 11, 2012Don't they already have a flag for this in Residence ? "<tp> | Controls teleportation in the residence. True = allows teleports, false = prevents teleports."
EDIT: I did notice you have warps handled as well, but why does your extension cover teleports if they already had it ? Ease of use ?
