• Added Command Blacklist (Requested)
• Added /rc version command

v 1.3:

• Added no chest open in creative mode (Supports enderchests too)
• /rc reload command - Reloads plugin
• estrictcreative.bypass.* node (Noticed I forgot to add a full bypass :P)
• Added Permission node and config for chests
• Sorta cleaned up code...

Will throw an Null Pointer Exception if the player uses a command that does not exist. :( I'll try my best to fix it asap
