Bukkit

This is my first every plugin i hope you like it :P There isan't much to this plugin but if you would like to know what it does read below.

What this plugin does

This plugin adds 1 feature that will tell players they are new. This plugin is helpful for server admins to see there new users. Within the essentials /whois command it will create a line saying if there are new. And if or if not it will tell you when they have joined.
