• Add support for 1.13 entities and effects
• Add new tool, the tropical fish generator
• Add some new and missing variables
• Change some variables types to support the new block state
• Some fixes and tweaks

As always, I try to keep existing BoSs compatible. But, because of the new block states, some old BoSs with block data: Falling Blocks, Endermen (when holding blocks) and Minecarts (with custom tiles) may display incorrect blocks and need to be re-edited manually.
