My first mod, I wrote it because I use movecraft and wanted to limit wool production.
All it does is listens for growth events and randoms an int (0-100) if the int is over growchance it cancels the event.
Installation:
-Put the jar file in plugins.
Config:
-This is the chance between 0 and 100.
growchance: 5
