What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I would like a feature that allows the player to execute the command through the item even if they don't have the permission. You might say that's what the console is for, but what if you want to do /lightning? It won't go where you direct it if it's through the console. Also, I don't want the user with certain permissions but I want them to be able to use items with special commands on them at the same time.
Please provide any additional information below.

So it should be like excute as op, just like in the VariableTrigger plugin.
