What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Add a feature that allows an item to execute a random command from its command list.

Please provide any additional information below.
In the config there can be a randomizing feature either true or false. If true, the item would only execute a single command at random. If false, the item would execute all commands in its command list.
I know I talked to you about this in a message, but I saw you wanted suggested features in a ticket.
