Multiverse-Inventories Features
- Have separated players stats and inventories per world or per group of worlds.
- Choose what each group of worlds share: Inventories, Hunger, Health, Exp, and Bed Spawns (Bed Spawns only available in CB1.1+)
- Import your data from WorldInventories 1.0.2+ and MultiInv 3.0.0.
- Useful in game commands
Is Multiverse Missing that little something that you need?
Ask us! Or better yet, hop on our discord and tell us that you'd like to fork us and add a feature! You can of course do this without consulting us, but we cannot accept pull requests that will break Multiverse for the rest of our users! Don't go write your own World Management plugin, join the team and submit a pull request
Want your plugin to use the Multiverse API
(currently undocumented, sorry...) Again, hop on IRC and tell us! We love talking to other devs and a bunch of us will be able to help you out!
@Sprindex No problem, glad I could help!
@ElSarraHD
I have #376 and it does not import so that does not = 100%...maybe 98% :)
what is the dev build for 1.7.9?
Dev Build #376 work 100% on 1.7.5 CB
It won't import from MultiInv....I type the command and it just shows me all the Aliases.
@NoahWL1
Hey,
Thanks that really helped! Works super duper now. I think per-word spawns work a lot better anyway. So when you die in factions you are at the factions spawn or your set home, not the hub. My craftbukkit is beta1.7.9. Thanks again for your help!
@TWSSYesterday
I have downloaded the build from earlier today and it appears to be working fine. I was not able to test it for a long period but I did verify that the worlds for different groups retained there inventories and were separate from one another.
I am randomly getting this error when players login to the server:
http://pastebin.com/9uFfkGKL
It doesn't happen for every players just some.
@Sprindex
I think I can answer your question. If players do /spawn and go to the spawn world, Multiverse Inventories obviously isn't tracking that and switches the inventory over, as you have stated. Since there are going to be no updates to this plugin for a little while, you can use some plugins to work around this. If you are currently using a /spawn plugin that only supports setting 1 spawn and not spawns for each world, use a plugin like NSpawn. It allows you to set per-world spawns so if the player does /spawn, they will be taken to the predefined corresponding world spawn instead of the spawn world's spawn. If you want players to have the ability to use commands to go through worlds, get a plugin like booscooldowns, which allows you to make your own commands that run other commands. (Ex: Set /spawnworld to run the command /mvtp spawnworld) Also, if it isn't too much trouble, what version of craftbukkit/spigot are you using? (/version in game) Thanks!
I read your disclaimer a few comments down, So is there no way for me to seperate inventories between worlds? I havent used this plugin in literally years, probily since 1.3 or something, Now im running Spigot 1.7.9 R03, and recently added Multiverse, If I create a new world, will this still have problem with the issues you wrote about?
This is a great plugin that I have been using for a while, but there is one feature that should be implemented. I have many different worlds, and I want to have scoreboards on some of them. It should have a feature that will make it so you can set different groups that have different scoreboards, so you can have different scoreboard objectives in each world.
Hey,
I understand that support is virtually non-existent, but I thought I might try my luck anyway! I added this plugin after a good couple of months of player activity, so players had the same inventory in many worlds. I added the plugin and it seemed to work as I expected it to. Initially the same inventory in each world, which makes sense, but if you changed it in one world, it would not change in another. So each world had the same inventory, but they were no longer connected with each other. Great! Exactly what I wanted! Then my players noticed something. I have a Faction world and the Spawn world. Let's say (after the plugin was installed) a player digs up some dirt in the Faction world. When the do /spawn to get to the Spawn world the STILL have that dirt in their inventory. So now they seem to have reconnected again. From the spawn world they re-enter the Faction world via a multiverse portal and no longer have the dirt in their inventory. It remains in the Spawn world.
I'm not actually sure how much of that makes sense, but hopefully you understand!
Jack
Update it for once please?
@TWSSYesterday
With that being said, will multiverse 3 be combining the effects of this plugin as one? Or will this plugin be worked on as its own entity once multiverse 3 is completed?
For all those trying to get per world economy with this plugin just use SDFEconomy per world economy.
hi,
when I added this plugin it broke the chat because I wanted it per-world but then it stooped that from happening can you fix it?

Spigot build#1371 (MC: 1.7.5) MV-Inventories build#374
Hopefully someone could help, but for some reason when a player disconnects with items in thier inventory, when they reconnect their inventory is empty. Happens every time.
Thank you in advance.
Hi I have a little problem: I want to make a server with 3 reigns, every reign have a world (a little world), where the pvp isn't enabled. And another world where the PVP is enabled. But I have a problem with the inventories, who don't allow the sharing for 1 world to 3 group. How I can fix this?
Sorry for my english, Im Italian.
