MultiMessage

Welcome! This is one of the first plugins I have published on BukkitDev. I am a skilled Bukkit API programmer and have decent knowledge with plugins and have made many.

This plugin is a very simple, but interesting plugin. Have you ever wanted to change your multiplayer list message with ease? Without going into your server config every time you want to change it? Have you even wanted it with easy customization with colors? Even customizing your login/logout messages aswell? Well, this is the plugin for you! You can easily set any of these messages with one of the commands in-game (listed below) which sets this "messages" to how ever you write in the command arguments. This is a very easy plugin to use/setup. Maybe take a look below to see how it all works. This plugin is also very lightweight. Uses very little resources and doesn't require a big server.

Command(s)

There is 3 command as of yet, and you can leave suggestions for other commands in the comments.

• /setmessage <message>
• /setloginmessage <message>
• /setlogoutmessage <message>

You are also allowed to use color codes in the message (&b, &e, etc.). This message will save to files after you set it. When you first install this plugin, the multiplayer list message will be default to "A Minecraft Server" no matter what your server config is set to. To change this, use the /setmessage <message> command (don't freak out if it says "A Minecraft Server" when you install it ;p) to set it. You can also use /setloginmessage <message> and /setlogoutmessage <message> accordingly. If you add "player" without the quotes in either the login message or the logout message, it will replace it to the players name that logged out/logged in.

This should work with most permissions plugins as long as it uses nodes like so. If you have any issue with the permission(s), comment in the comment section for me to reply.
