Players are now logged by UUID in players.yml. If the random-spawn-on-join value is set to true, and a player's UUID is not in players.yml, the player will spawn randomly at a spawn point in the chosen spawn group set under first-join-spawn-group. Note that if the chosen spawn group doesn't have any spawn points, it will disable random spawning on first join.
