BugFix

• parameter iv= and stacks x:x:0
  • iv=1:0:1 - Player have 1 Stone = true, not false
• parameter cdb= for @a and @r (was not Active)

New Parameter

• Implement Optional Check (Color)DisplayName for parameter iv= and ih=
  • iv=1:0:1:SuperBoost or with Color iv=1:0:1:&6SuperBoost
  • ih=1:0:SuperBoost or with Color ih=1:0:&3SuperBoost

• click CommandBlock and Player have permissions or is Op then view cmd
  • over config disable or enable (Default disable)
  • new Permissions: mtpcmb.viewcmd
• delay_first=
• delay_last=
• pw=

Attention !! v 0.8 not Compatible with Bukkit 1.6.4
