Modbot
Introduction
Running a server can be difficult, especially when it comes to moderation. Never knowing which moderators might betray you, or not being able to keep your server protected all day long, you don't need to stress any longer. Introducing the soon-to-come Modbot that will moderate for you! This plugin is currently being planned and is not released yet.
How It Works
The moderator bot actively watches for command usage and chat messages, and processes the information. Based on your configuration, certain activity will be flagged and sent to the Control Center for processing. Once processed, the robot will take action against the user. You can fully configure which actions are taken.

I might get back into it. I left Bukkit previously because of the whole DMCA ordeal.
