This was one of his first plugins made, it allows players to simply heal themselves, alone with a few other things (Listed below).

Commands:
/heal = heals player
/feed = fills hunger bar
/fly = enable fly
/sfly = disables fly
/admin = ops player
/deadmin = de-ops player

Todo:
Healing signs
Freeze the users on the server
Add permissions support - Expected soon

Bugs:
Healing signs don't work if you right click on them - Being worked on
