The Events

This page will teach you about how each event works and how to set up every event.

The Events

Set the quit point

You MUST have a quit point for all events. Simply do /setquit and that will be where players will be teleported after the event.

The commands you will need to know:

/lms, /spleef, /ko, /horse, /tdm, /tntrun, /paint, /koth, /parkour, and /oitc.

Next, you must set the spawn point for all events

/lms setspawn or /oitc setspawn or /spleef setspawn, etc.

Optional for all events:

All events have a custom, balanced loadout. If, however, you would like to use your own loadout, /<command> setinv. Examples: /paint setinv, /koth setinv, etc. This will copy everything in your inventory (inventory contents, armor contents, and potion effects) and it will equip players with that loadout when they join that specific event.

If you want to reset the loadout to default simply do /<command> delinv. Examples: /oitc delinv, /lms delinv, etc.

Events that take more than one command to setup:

KOTH, Parkour, and One in the Chamber (OITC) require more than one command to setup.

For KOTH, you must set the top point /koth settop. This will make an imaginary 5x5x5 box centered at your your location. If a player is within this area during KOTH, their percentage in KOTH will go up.

For Parkour, you must set the winning block /parkour settop. If a player lands on that block during parkour, he/she will win!

This actually isn't mandatory for OITC but VERY recommended: /oitc addspawn <number>. This will add a spawn point to OITC. When a player dies in OITC, he/she will be teleported to one of those locations (random). This is very recommended because players will just camp that one spawn point and will get easy kills. Set AS MANY spawns as you can because this will lessen the chances of spawn killing.

To remove a spawn point do /oitc delspawn <number>. If you don't know what spawn are available, just put something random for the <number> slot and it will list out the spawn points that you currently have.

TDM requires you to set two spawn point. /tdm setspawn blue and /tdm setspawn red

How the Events Work

Instead of making you read 5-10 lines of explanation for each event type, I have made the following tutorial which will show you how each event will work.

The more players you have in an event, the more fun it is :)
