ADD:

An admin can now be the referee of the game, an admin joining a game in progress will automatically be referee, to become referee you must make the order / referee or / referee
It is now possible to block or not the drop of item with a command: mp_enable_item_drop <1 or 0> where 1 will drop all the player's inventory and 0 only the minerals
The map will restore automatically at the end of the game
FIX:

A team score displayed in the chat was not updated when a chest was closed
The dead are now well displayed in the chat
If someone died during the "pre-game" he was sent to deathzone and it could crash the game

/arena for referee
Access to the houses for the referee
CVAR drop item modified, 0 to drop nothing, 1 to drop minerals and 2 to drop all inventory
