What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Since users can create banks, it would be great if they can manage their own bank details for interest and fees, to have competing banks that serve specific purposes.

For example, one user has a lot of money. He could act as a lender where he lends money to users, defines his banks' own max debt, interest rates for lending money to users etc, maybe even a fee to open the account. The money loaned to users would go directly out of the bank owner's account.

As another example, users who need money, would be able to take deposits from other users, and maybe even deposit a collateral in the central bank. They offer an interest to be paid to depositors.
