Miku Speed Plus  is a plugin that increase vanilla minecart speed. Unlike minecart speed plus (MSP) , it supports speed above 108kmh and dynamic, tick based acceleration

 

    To use the plugin, simply type in the following in a sign near a track

 

                 [speed]

                          (speed) (unit in kmh,bps,mph,msp) 

                              (direction of travel)   (N,E,S,W,O(o for omitted))

                                    (acceleration parameters)  (either in blocks(b),meters(m),second(s) ,tick(t) or kmhs,bps2,mphs,msps)
