Prison no longer supports GroupManager.
I recommend PermissionsEx.
- FIXED Prison overrides protection plugins (issue #100)
- REMOVED Removed ranks-based mine protection, never worked away and caused the above issue. Will be re-added in v3.0.

- Not tested with multiworld yet. It may work, but it may not.
- Head rotation is not stored for /mines setspawn
