McftProfiler
This plugin empowers your staff team, giving them the ability to keep profiles on your server's players. You can add notes to players, see related accounts, like/dislike players, award players, and more. This mends the communication barrier for smaller servers with few staff members and further empowers servers with many staff members to do what they do best, better.

Reputation ... nice addition!
I'm having a bit of trouble seeing someones rep. I deleted my old config and generated the new settings...
Settings I have ... reputation = on Permissions I have ...mcftprofiler.reputation set to true
I can like and dislike, but can't see? Any ideas on what I missed?
Version 1.1.6 has been released. It brings many changes and fixes that have been requested. Version 1.1.6 went through lots of testing, so here you all go - you may download it now.
@Katorone
Just to let you know - after lots of testing this doesn't seem to be an issue with our plugin. It seems that the Jail plugin changes the RemainTime field randomly for no known reason - which is why you see odd times.
@kilorat2
I forgot about that, I definitely will add that in the next version. I'm glad you like my plugin!
I just found this plugin, its exactly what I needed for my server! One request though, it would be nice to be able to delete notes in-game without me doing it manually in mysql.
@Katorone
Thanks for using my plugin, I'm glad that you like it.
I've noticed the Jail issue but this seems to be a problem with their plugin, though I will look into it and see. I like your reputation idea, and will definitely look into implementing it soon. If you have any further thoughts on it please share.
Thank you for creating this plugin! We've been using it on our server, and it's helped a lot keeping a log about player's actions. The only problem we're having with this plugin is that it displays the jailtime (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jail/) incorrectly.
However, I'd like to make a feature request. Would it be possible to make a command that would allow permitted users from increasing or decreasing someone's reputation? We would like to use this system to see who the people are that are actually doing good things on our server. It's easy to see who's been bad by looking at the /status, but ppl doing good things often go unnoticed. /award'ing the player everytime wouldn't be a good solution, since sometimes a good action is giving a fellow player some stone to build a house.
@Shooty_
Sorry about that, I had forgot about your request! I've responded to your comment there and have updated the plugin with your request.
@laCourj Thanks for this plugin !
and i still wait an answer : http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/mcftchat/ :(
@laCourj
Wow! Thanks that was fast...I really appreciate you adding the feature. I've downloaded and tested works great!
We just added contests this month, so this will be one of those nice way to give some props to the winners.
@MindEngineer
Version 1.1.2 is finished. It adds the command you requested (/awards) along with last on information for all users, it also fixes a minor bug with related account notices. You can download it before the Bukkit dev team approves it here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2958050/Bukkit/LATEST/McftProfiler/McftProfiler.jar
@MindEngineer
Alright, sounds good, I've begun working on version 1.1.2.
Yes a separate awards would be perfect.
@MindEngineer
Users can already see other people's notes using the /status command. So do you wan't a separate /awards command?
Fantistic...Great Job! This will be helpful to us!
A suggested on the to do...I would like to allow all my users to see each others Awards...so a command and permission please would make this plugin even better for us.
@laCourj
Awesome work. V1.1.1 works great.
Thanks.
@DoctorBoyd
Thanks for bringing this problem to my attention. I found the issue and it turned out to be bigger than I had thought. This was a bug that had prevented the logging of IP addresses, broke related account notices, as well as prevented the creation of profiles for new users. I've patched this and added wildcard (*) permission nodes (do note these haven't been tested but should work fine). If you decide to use wildcard permission nodes, please read the updated permissions page. Thanks for your interest in our plugin. You can download the new release before it's approved by the Bukkit dev team here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2958050/Bukkit/1597/McftProfiler/McftProfiler.jar
@laCourj
I switched to permissionsBukkit but unfortunately v1.1.0 was still a no go.
Also I was mistaken earlier, it was v1.0.2 of mcftprofiler that works for me and not v1.0.5
I tried v1.1.0 alone with permsBukkit and alone with PermissionsEx each time they were the only plugins being tested but again no luck.
Doing the same tests with v1.0.2 everything worked fine.
I love the plugin and will continue using v1.0.2. I was just curious about v1.1.0 because the console log says everything is good but it just wouldn't work for me.
Below are my 2 permission configurations for the test. Both working with v1.0.2 and not working with v1.1.0
Thanks.
PermissionsBukkit
PermissionsEX
@DoctorBoyd
There currently is no wildcard node (mcftprofiler.*), but thanks for bringing that to my attention - it had slipped my mind and haven't thought of it. That is your problem though. Thanks for using our plugin.
@laCourj
No inconvenience.
The plugin says connected successfully to MySQL in the console and the MySQL user has the INSERT, UPDATE, and SELECT permissions. IP tracking is on also.
One of the users is Admin with a * permission and the other user only has the mcftprofiler.related.notify permission.
When using v110 and joining from the same IP with different MC accounts there are no on screen notifications to these users. When doing the same tests with v105 the notifications return.
I think I have everything configured correctly. What I'm doing is taking out the v105 jar and putting in the v110 jar.
Before creating the ticket I'm wondering if it could be a permissions problem. I'm using PEX 1.1.7 but I don't use the bukkit permissions.yml for superperms, I still do permissions the old way. Could this be a problem?
Thank you.
