This is a plugin that allows you to marry in minecraft to get acces to special features.
Marriage Reloaded was coded in mc 1.2.5 and v1.0 releases on dec 21 2012
This plugin has multiple commands and it is still growing really fast, it has not been developepd for 4 months and then got picked up again, it is
completely recoded and still misses alot of features

- /marry - Shows commands, version, authors and info
- /marry <name> - Marry a player (also tracks the player if you use a part of the name)
- /marry list - Shows all married players
- /marry divorce - Divorce with your partner
- /marry tp - Teleport to your partner
- /marry gift - Gift the current item in your hand to your partner
- /marry chat - Private chat with your partner
- /marry seen - Shows partner's last login
- /marry chatspy - Spy on private messages (required marry.chatspy)
- marry.* - Allows all permissions
- marry.admin - Allows all admin commands (currently only /marry reload)
- marry.update - Shows update notifications on login
- marry.chatspy - Allows player to spy on messages
- marry.default - Allows all command but marry.reload
- marry.marry - Allows the command /marry <user>
- marry.home - Allows the command /marry home
- marry.sethome - Allows the command /marry sethome
- marry.tp - Allwos the command /marry tp
- marry.gift - Allows the command /marry gift
- marry.chat - Allows the command /marry chat
- marry.seen - Allowed the command /marry seen
By default, Marriage will check for updates from bukkitdev every 3 hours.
This feature can be disabled by setting "updater.enabled" to "false"
Anyone with the permission node marry.update will be notified of updates, and it also able to download them via /marry update.
Which again can be disabled by disabling the update-checker
This plugin utilises bStats' plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to bstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/bStats/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

This version is even worse than the one before. I'm having Command Exceptions, Internal Errors, Java socket things, and all kinds of other errors. I wonder if using Essentials has anything to do with this. My users can't use marriage either, even after I've put marriage.* under the permissions list in groupmanager. The chat is also flooded with "Running task, expect laggs for a little while." There are also tons of typos...I think you need to work a bit more on this and get another version going for 1.3.2

people can still marry, as long as they have marry.marry permission
yes a female can marry with a female, and male with male.
If admins set the /gender permission off, can people still get married? And if /gender was enabled, can two males or two females marry?
Also, I play on a medieval fantasy (with elves and whatnot) RP server and was wondering if there was a way for females to be pregnant? Say, a countdown in minecraft time from moment of conception (/breed), with set chance of conception based on race that you can toggle on or off if you don't want the countdown, set chance of conception, or both. With configurable times and rates based on the female's race. And symptoms of pregnancy based on how far along the female is. (Increase to damage taken, hunger depletes faster, chance to increase attack based on mood swings, etc.) If all of that sounds silly or not able to be done, please just answer the first two questions and ignore my ramblings. ^_^;

does it happend to everyone?
A few users set themselves as males on my server. Making there join messages in color. Now I have 5 users that have join messages. I use Hidestream to hide the rest. Can we get a way to reset genders? Or just disable the login messages?
/marry divorce doesn't work and caused internal error :)

I am using Vanish no packet
And by that I mean so an admin can change persons gender, IE: If one of my guys makes themselfs a girl... Several of my users did it as a joke and now they cannot change so is there a way you can add a command to let admins change gender?

I love this plugin and I just moved to adding a priest. There is a spelling issue when you appoint someone a priest. It says "<username> is now a priester!" Not a Pastor.
Even though you can still see marry chat in the log... i think you should add a permission to be able to see it like social spy i mean i love the plugin but i'm not able to be on the computer i'm hosting on 24/7 so i can see the log so please add it if not then i'll be forced to remove the plugin :/

there is a permission node, only give it to staff
Also found an error with vanish, If you join invisible it says you join with the marry plugins, Can you please make it work with it? It is anoying when players now know when I join the server
Please add a /gender player male,female command for staff only, I do not aprove of transgender people on my server it is pissing me off, I can edit the data file but it takes to long to find one name

Buggy code - that is not true, fixed in latest version
Bloated code - those features are easy to disable -.-
Poor preformance - ill be doing preformance tweaks in the next update (the reason is that it has like 50 lines of code on Interact, Move and chat)
No spellcheck - im not English, and i type quick but never really check it at all (eclipse has no speeling checker)

just telling you that this i still in beta, it does contain bugs and spelling faults
if you want this completely done, wait till v1.x
