• Toggle message and now be customized. Note to use the ~ as the color symbol instead of &.
• The toggle item can be changed.
• The amount of seconds before next use can now be changed.
• The command "/clock" can now be used to toggle player visibility.
• Added in the ability to toggle whether the permission is required.
