What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a stack of 2+ tool into chest of a miner or farmer machine.
2. Turn on machine, turn of fmachine.
3. Open chest and you see your tool still stacked, minus 1. Open furnace and you see the full stack that you originally put in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shouldnt be duplicating.

What version of the product are you using?
4.1.11 i think.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors.

For some servers this may not be a big deal, but for my server since donators and up have kits, they are able to stack tools of the same type when doing a kit. So for instance a player uses /kit VIP and gets some goodies and a diamond pick, 24 hours later he uses kit again and has a diamond pick in his inventory already, those are now stacked if both unenchanted and full durability. Now he has a stack of 2. Day 3 comes and he does the same, now has 3, day 4, now has 4, ect. Keeps doing so until a nice fatty stack of 10+ then goes and dupes all those to get alot.
Same thing with diamond hoe.
