What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MachinaCraft v4.1.13 into a server (using only MachinaCraft or with other plugins with permissions setup properly)
2. Build any Machina other than a HoverPad
3. Press the lever and it doesn't work. (Turns on then off right away)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that MachinaCraft Machinas should be working. What I see is that only HoverPads are working but everything else just turns on then off right away after the lever is pressed. It also uses up 1 coal in the process.

What version of the product are you using?

I am using craftbukkit-1.5.2-R0.1.jar
I am using MachinaCraft v4.1.13

Do you have an error log of what happened?

I do not have an error lot of what happened because MachinaCraft doesn't log in-game actions and results.
