Short description:
Allows the users to unlock password-locked blocks with a user-friendly interface using Spout.
No more complicated commands, everything is now in one single interface upon clicking on the block!

The plugin is not up-to-date... And craftbukkit isn't on a RB right now. You will have to wait.

Where do we get LWC 4? Their thread only has 3.x ...

Do you have Spout & LWC4, and could you provide the log in order to save time.
would it be possible to add like a alert message if someone tries to open the chest and fails the password?
