Multilanguage stuff
After I've forgotten to change the german string to english ones in RC1, I implemented a multilanguage support in RC1.1. As of RC1.1 german, english and luxembourgish are included.
Included languages until RC1.1
German
- Original name: Deutsch
- Shortcut: de
English (Default)
- Original name: English
- Shortcut: en
Luxembourgish
- Original name: Letzebuergesch
- Shortcut: lu
How to set the language to be used
Easy by using command
- See Commands and Permissions (/log set-language <language>)
Laborious by modifying config.yml
- Make sure LogEx is disabled (It doesnt matter if server is shutdown too or not)
- Open plugins/LogEx/config.yml
- Change the value of general.language to every language shortcut you want (e.g. en for English)
- Save config.yml and enable LogEx
Submit own translations to be included
- If you want your language to be included in the next build of LogEx, you can get a raw language file as follows:
- Open LogEx.jar with WinRAR or 7zip
- Extract lang.properties to get the english translations
- Edit the entries to your language and save
- Now if you want me to include it in the next release, you can send me the content over PN (Private message). I will check it and tell you if I'm going to build it in. You will also be mentioned ;)
