This update allows you to save information about a block!

DELETE OLD CONFIG.YML

• Added in "favoriteblock" command
• Small grammatical errors fixed
• Minor optimizations in previous code
• Added in new Class to handle the storage file for saved blocks' information
• Config now has an option to limit how many blocks a player can save
• Players can now save a block's information by typing /favoriteblock (fb alias)
• Added new permission for new command "Locateblock.fav"
