Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem, this happens when someone, even in survival mode, places any block in the world. When someone breaks block placed in creative mode, that block doesn't drop, so I don't know why would these errors pop up. (Limited creative works fine, exept for this and it occasionally pops up "EntityExplodeEvent" error)

Does this solve by restarting the server?

Also there have to be a very first error, that contains important information, please look for it.
