The 1.4-Package doesn't support MC 1.5+. Be sure to check out the 2.0-Alphas if you are going to use Bukkit 1.5

v1.4.7b:

• New Option Region-SafeMode: Sets all players leaving a gamemode-region to the world default gamemode, even if they entered the region with other gamemode. See Ticket 82 for more information.
• Attention: The plugin now sends Metric-Data to track plugin usage.
  • You are able to disable this in the config.yml (see default config.yml to add it to an existing config).
  • I please you to not disable metrics.
  • More details about the metrics.

• Java 6 (JRE 1.5 may not supported in that build)

Even if the plugin is marked as release now (to prevent people from still downloading the very outdated versions), it hasn't got more testing then the current beta releases (meaning none).

• blocking all signs and chests isn't a good solution, but the minecraft-server lags the possibilities to intercept inventory-modifying for now
• breaking needed blocks lets drop attached ladders/doors/etc.
