- fix for the piston region bypass (pistons cant move blocks out or into creative regions)
- additional feature: block dealing damage to creatures in creative
- as bonus, they ignore you, so don't bother with a skeleton shooting on you.
- additional feature: block usage of buttons or levers in creative
- added possibility to blacklist items with specific data value (e.g. no orange wool, no ghats spawns)
- blocking all signs and chests isn't a good solution, but the minecraft-server lags the possibilities to intercept inventory-modifying for now
- breaking needed blocks lets drop attached ladders/doors/etc.
