Note: To those of you who don't want fireworks when you 'level up' to level 0 (when you respawn or change worlds, usually), install the NoZero Leveller. A guide to installing Levellers can be found on the Levellers page.
@SDDJ
Yeah, I was meaning to fix that level 0 bug, but I never got around to it. I'll release a patch within a few days, along with custom leveller support.
Oh, I was thinking, it could be nice if there were a way to make creative players be unable to have the effect played. I have antishare which separates the players' XP amounts per gamemode and whenever a player switches from survival to their creative gamemode where they have 0 levels, they 'Have leveled up to 0!'. I guess another way to fix it would be to make level 0 not ever play the effect.

Woot!
Version 1.2 has just been released. Dropbox link.
v1.2
@Hoot215
Awesome, thanks :D
@SDDJ
Great idea. I'll try to get a release out tomorrow with that feature.
The plugin is working awesomely for me so far, but I've got a suggestion. Could you add a config toggle-able message (that would only be seen by the player who leveled up) which would say a configurable message such as "You have leveled to level %level%!" with '%level%' - or something along those lines - being the variable that would show the level in the configurable message?
Version 1.1 has just been released. Dropbox link.
v1.1
@iSleepzZz
Thanks :)
It just came to me one day and I decided 'I have to make this'.
This is a really good idea actually!:)
