allow-old-build: Whether or not to allow older versions (<2565) of
                 Craftbukkit using the plugin
auto-update-check: Whether or not to perform hourly update checks and
                   notify ops when a new version is available
level-up-message: The message to send to the user when they level up
                  %s represents the new level
                  Use "" for no message
multiple: Set this to the multiple number of levels you want the
          fireworks to occur on (Default is every 5 levels)
fireworks: A list of fireworks (created below) to be used on level up
           Use "RANDOM" (case sensitive) to get a firework with random
           attributes

  flicker: Whether or not the firework will flicker
  trail: Whether or not the firework has a trail
  type: The type of the firework
        Possible values: BALL, BALL_LARGE, BURST, CREEPER, STAR
  colours: A list of the colours of the firework
          Possible colours: AQUA, BLACK, BLUE, FUCHSIA, GRAY, GREEN, LIME, MAROON, NAVY, OLIVE, ORANGE, PURPLE, RED, SILVER TEAL, WHITE, YELLOW
  fades: A list of the fading colours of the firework
