Introduction:
This whitelist plugin is very unique. This whitelist plugin is way more better than the one Bukkit or Vanilla uses.
Commands:
/lwl help
Receive help message.
/lwl toggle
Toggle whitelist on or off.
/lwl add <playername>
If the player exists inside of the userdata.yml, they will be added into the whitelist.
/lwl remove <playername>
If the player exists inside of the userdata.yml, they will be removed from the whitelist.
/lwl setmessage <message>
You can set the whitelist message using a command. You may use color codes.
Permissions:
lwhitelist.toggle
Access to toggle whitelist.
lwhitelist.add
Access to add players into the whitelist.
lwhitelist.remove
Access to remove players from the whitelist.
lwhitelist.setmessage
Access to set the whitelist message.
lwhitelist.update
If there is an update and 'Updater' is true inside of the settings.properties they will receive and update notification.

whitelist.yml
Configure whether whitelist should be on or off by setting 'Whitelist' to true or false.
message.yml
Configure the whitelist message or use /lwl setmessage <message>.
userdata.yml
This config tells if a player is whitelisted or naww. (See what I did there? xD)
