Known bugs:
- /leetspeak toggle, toggles for all players instead of only the one who uses the command.

Well I actually thought that it toggled for each player. I had another plugin where I used this method to toggle, and there it toggled for each player.
I am on vacation right now so I can't really fix it, sorry.
