LazyCommand
LazyCommand will run commands from a pre-edited file, all commands and delays can be controlled.

Install
Put it in your plugins folder. /reload or restart server and enjoy!
Config
LazyCommand will create a LazyCommand folder in /plugins directory. If this directory is not created automatically, please create one. Add commands file to the folder. It is simple, for instance, if you want to say a strange message every 10 seconds, create a file called cmds.txt and write those in: (note 200 means ticks)
200:/say Hello Hello 200:/say Hello Hello 200:/say Hello Hello
Commands
/runcommands <file name> - Run a command, as previous example, it should be /runcommand cmds.txt

command.use - Will grant access to /runcommand
