KitKat
KitKat
KitKat is a simple kit plugin without the overhead and headache of large plugins and permissions. User can define all kits, including: The item, the metaValue (for items like redwood and colored wools), the stack amount, and the cooldown on each kit. Define as many kits as you wish.
Features:

Commands:
- /kk prints a list of all possible kits
- /kk <kitName> gives the command sender a specific kit by name. Must have permission.
Permissions:
- KitKat.kits.* give access to all kits available
- KitKat.kits.<kitName> give access to the specific kit by name
How-To-Install:
- Download the .jar and paste into your plugins folder.
- Restart Server or Reload Plugins
- Edit the config.yml to customize your kits!!
- One last restart or reload, and your set!

Posted Apr 21, 2013I TRY MILLIONS OF TIMES TO CUSTOMIZE KITS, BUT, WHEN I TURN ON THE SERVER, THE KITS ARE ERASED FROM THE NOTE BLOCK FILE.

Posted Feb 16, 2013I can't understand why i can't get the permissions work. I made a kit called "vip". I used PermissionsEx. I added 'kitkat.kits.vip' -permission to permission group "Everyone". It didn't work. It said: "You do not have permission to use this kit". Only OP:s were able to use it. Is this a bug or have i done something wrongly? Then I added permission 'kitkat.kits.*'. It didn't help either. This is a part of my permissions.yml file:
VIP:
default: false
permissions:
- 'KitKat.kits.vip'
- 'kitkat.kits.*'
inheritance:
- 'Everyone'
prefix: '&6'
suffix: '&f'
I'll send more information from the problem if you need. Hopefully someone gets the answer or links to me a working plugin. I don't want that plugin replaces items in players inventory, just add them, like /give command.

uh yeah, that goes beyond my knowledge, sorry man. You asked for a simple kit plugin, not a customed plugin for your server. Now, if you need a dev in pocket for your server, then we might be able to talk in private, but, for the most part, this plugin will stay generalized for the public. And if need be, I can learn whatever I need for such a plugin. I'm a quick study...
I am going to add in enchantments, so no worries there...
I haven't posted any public repos, but feel free to look into the .jar, I always include .java files in my packages, open source ftw!

First Request. Option to Turn off Chat and display the kit message on Log In. Then the chat will be re-enabled after the kit is chosen.
Second Request. Able to turn off chat after death and display the kit message. Re-enabled after the kit is chosen.
And what i meant was the item would already be enchanted after the kit is chosen.
Also, is there a public repo on this?

Posted Jun 22, 2012@superperson15 @MrRedLogan Alright guys, I looked into enchanted items, and may have found a way to letting you guys decide the enchants. But this going to mean a large portion of the plugin be rewritten and major changes made to the config.yml. So....... Give me 2 weeks max..
