KillBox
What Is KillBox?
KillBox is a collection of commands for killing other users of your server in creative ways! From putting griefers in their place to just messing with your friends, KillBox is the perfect way to kill with style on your server.
What Are The Commands?
All commands are in the format of /<command><TargetPlayer>
- /killbox - Access the KillBox commands Ingame.
- /smite - Fry players with a bolt of lightning.
- /whack - Beat players within an inch of their life.
- /starve - Starve a player.
- /strip - Strip a player of their items.
- /ignite- Make players spontaneously combust.
- /launch - Shoot players into the skies.
- /suffocate - Dig players into the ground.
- /explode - Blow players to smitereens!
- /kill - Straight up death.
- /fall - Send a player falling from the clouds.
- /out - Send a player out of the world
- /maul - Send an angry pack of wolves to the player!
to use permissions, you simply just use the commands. e.g. killbox.smite would be the permission node for the smite command. Also, killbox.* gives players access to all commands.
KillBox Features:
- Permissions support: Bukkit permissions only.
- If permissions not present, defaults to OP.
- By default, when a player is struck down they receive a message telling them who their killer was. To silence this message, simply add 's' at the end of a command. e.g. "/smite andrew " will send a message, whereas "/smite andrew s" will not.
Changelog
v1.2 -added /maul command
v1.1 -added /fall command -added /out command -fixed default to OP bugs
v1.0 -KillBox is released!
Note: I am planning on updating and improving this plugin as much as I can, so ideas, suggestions and bug reports are very much appreciated! -Andrew
you should add a thing to launch them backwards rather then up :P
You should do a PVP feature with when you get a "Kill Streak" You get a killbox and could use it on a player. Thats what I need on my server with PVP arena or War.
Please Make A Heart Attack!
when i use the smite command it say i dont have permission but i do
I'm not sure that we will get this updated either, but I noticed that /strip isn't working in 1.2.5 R2. /killbox doesn't show it as a command but /strip doesn't give an error message nor do anything.
I would check for console output but the place the server is hosted doesn't have that.
I don't think we're going to get an answer, this guy's last login was April 30.
Please add option that disables info that sended to player when you kill him and please fix the wolves (sorry for bad eng)
There is no permission node for smite. I gave myself killbox.* and am unable to use smite, but if I op myself it works.
Suggestion, maybe make a random mode for when you can't decide on a method of execution?
@A17Hawks
Hey /maul doesnt work.
It does spawn wolves by the player and the wolves do look like they are in the "pissed" state but they dont attack the player.
@A17Hawks
no problem. are you coming out with any new plugins??? i can make vids on them :)
@bigscary im learning how to make configs now, a big update is coming soon. @randycougar thanks a ton! i'll add it to the main page @Cultist_O woops, i'll get on that :s thanks for noticing!
Don't you think the best way to get rid of a griefer is just to ban him quietly? Why spend more time than you have to dealing with them?
Props for the creative options, though. I'd prefer the griefers didn't know for sure who is punishing them. It's funnier if they figure it out for themselves, in my opinion.
lol "You have igited [player]" (should be ignited)
I would like to be able to use killbox from the console, in addition to using it from within the game. Any chance that feature can be added? Love it, by the way.
FANTASTIC! All I needed to kill my friends or griefers. Thanks!
This plugin is fantastic and thank you for it. I do however have a decent request. Can you make the messages customizable? You can technically do some of these commands already with other long time plugins, but if you allow customization of the messages as well as perhaps an option to always do it silently (true/false)... i think you could give us something better.
Thanks! Clinpachi
Does /maul spawn the wolves right next to a player?
If so, could you make it so the wolves are spawned about 30 blocks away but close in rapidly? (for realism)
Thanks for this awesome plugin! :-D
