Changes in this update:

• Jail now ignores capitalization on player names for those that have already visited the server at least once.
  • Should reduce errors when players are being jailed.
• Probably fixed the unjail and/or timer issue.
• Reason colors are now back.
• Config can now enable optional debug messages.

Other

• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
