Changes in this update:

• Bunch of null checks as well as some auto fixers.
• Player mute status can now be seen from the jailed list as well as from their jail status.
• Jail list now updates it self. So, if you show the list, mute a player, then reshow the list, it should show the appropriate changes.

• Cannot edit reason after player is jailed.
• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
