• Changed how all numeric names are handled.
  • If you are trying to jail a player whose name is only comprised of numbers, they MUST be the first player in the command. Else, the command will think its a time given. There isn't much of a work around on this, sorry.
• Fixed bug from 0.21 where trying to set a time for a player using the /jail command would result in an auto-complete.

• Fix the issue of jailing users whose names are comprised of only numbers.

• Cannot edit reason after player is jailed.
• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
