This Plugin Is Skript Powered And A Big Dependency Get It Here (It Says 1.7.2 But Is Realy Is 1.8.8): (Click Me For Direct Download)

Once You Install Skript And Install The Server Goto Skript's Plugin Folder And Click The Scripts Folder Inside That:

Just Drop This Plugin In That Folder And BAM Your Good To Go.
