@BlackFing85
I work on the Update in this Time. But I have no date yet.
@Own3r
When will the update come out?
@BlackFing85
This is a nice idea. Thank you
I will be add it to this Plugin in the near future ;)
Hello, I have a idea to add to this plugin! Could you add it so after the staff member has helped the player with the ticket then the player can rate the staff members help by doing /rate yes/no and it will come up with a message saying: Did this help you? Do /rate yes/no! And if the player rates yes then the staff member gets a point and you could see all points on all staff members by doing maybe /point list and then it will list all points on all staff! So you can see who the staff members to promote and see what staff members not to promote.
@JaackMC
The next update is progress ;)
Thanks for this plugin very helpful :)
@Mr_Wired

@Own3r
Thanks for the update.
Hey there is a problem with the programming of the plugin. The alpha release is next week.
@MrLooting
yes so is it.
So for the permission iTicket.user.tickets if I don't give this permission to an user they won't be able to view or edit their tickets?
@Gotxi
Hey your question is good. I think with the Ticketid is it easier and I haven't changed it in the description at the moment. So I change it tomorrow.
Thanks for your question.
An information for you if you would use it.
The planning release is tomorrow in the night to wendesday (German Time).
I have a question... if /ticketanswer <ticketname> <message> is the op command to answer a ticket... <ticketname> is the random name a player wrote?
if so, i think is easier to anwser by ticket id instead of the bunch of words a player can write.
So i think if when you do /viewtickets they are in chat listed as:
[TicketID] Ticketname
So you can view a ticket by id or name and answer it by id or name (whichever is easier)
Its just a question/suggestion :)
