What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

- Permissions per object/block. like itemspy.track.142:2, so i can spy that object only in one specific group or user. also, negation permissions for PEX
- Option in config to activate/desactivate log in chat / console / file
- separate logs per player / object / date
- log for tekkit containers ( generator, macerator, etc...)
- Option to give names to each spied object, so i can see tekkit objects like " generator" instead of "x25687"

- Per-id track permissions may be implemented sometime in the future.
- I'm not sure what you mean by this, just use the /itemspy command to toggle chat and console logging. File logging can't be toggled yet, but will be in the next release.
- Separate logs in these forms will never be implemented. They'll cause too much confusion, in my opinion. Separate logging by pickup/drop/container may be implemented in the future.
- There is no official support for Tekkit and there never will be. If something doesn't work with ItemSpy and it's from Tekkit, bug the developer of that mod to make the item work right with Bukkit.
- Advanced config options like these might be implemented in the future.
