Numerous bug fixes

Implemented methods for updating signs which does not rely on Individual Signs:
- Added strange Unable to locate sign spam when signs are destroyed (not really a "feature")
- Occasional exceptions when placing down signs

It is still recommended that you get Individual-Signs for the additional features it provides, as well as for the mostly bug-free experience it provides.
